How does the donation work?
Check out the class. If you like it, pay what you like. I suggest $30 per class but any amount will be appreciated.
Can I pay at the class?
Yes. Venmo or other digital options are accepted and cash is not refused 🙂
How often should I come to class?
ELDOA is best done daily, It only takes one minute per posture. I will recommend postures that you can do on your own. A weekly class will keep you on track and progressing towards optimal health.
Do you offer the class online?
I offer my live class both in-person and online. Once you book your class, you will receive a link or invite to the class.
